Meet Rachael:

Supporting Hospital Births in the Waco, TX area

My name is Rachael Fischer and I have been a certified birth doula since 2022! My husband and I have been married since 2012 and have lived in Waco, TX since 2010. We had our son in 2014 and it was then that I was able to experience the wonderful involvement of having a Doula by my side, supporting and advocating everything I wanted for my birth. After having our son, I soon realized my love and passion for pregnancy, birth, new mothers, and babies.

 I have always had a servant’s heart and a love for giving and caring for others. I have a deep love of learning and a passion to lead, coach and support the women in my life.

I found my love for becoming a Doula after a few of my friends started having children of their own and I just loved being there for them during their pregnancy and after they had their babies. They all have called me the “baby whisperer” because I love researching and knowing all things pregnancy, labor, and birth related. 

Supporting women during their birth is what I was meant to do! I would be blessed to be with you, by your side in helping to educate, support and nurture you in your birthing journey.
